Denise is the Owner and Operator of Pay App Solutions, a bookkeeping and accounting firm specializing in supporting small to medium sized businesses. With over 30 years of experience in the field, specializing in construction, Denise brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help clients manage their finances effectively. Her company offers tailored solutions to streamline accounting processes, ensuring accurate records, tax compliance, and financial growth for small business owners. Denise is dedicated to providing personalized service and building long-lasting relationships with clients, empowering them to focus on their business while she handles the financial details.
Marlene is the senior accountant and HR Manager at Pay App Solutions. With many years of experience in both accounting and HR, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to- day operations, ensuring that the team’s financial records are accurate and up-to-date. In addition to providing hands-on bookkeeping support, helping small businesses maintain their financial health, Marlene also manages the staff and handles HR responsibilities. Her dual expertise in accounting and human resources makes her an invaluable asset to both the company and its clients.
Pay App Solutions is proud to partner with Kennesaw State University’s business program to offer bookkeeping internships that provide hands-on experience in managing financial records, tracking transactions, and maintaining ledgers. Interns gain exposure to accounting software, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and build skills for future employment in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
